Ngen Engineering was formed in 2001 as the first and only independent telecommunications training establishment to serve the growing market in the Middle East and Europe. Being independent ensures that all courses present the best practice and knowledge. Not only that but we are also able to offer training with the backing of, and in association with, the best independent telecoms training school in the world.
In 2006, in order to cope with the increasing size and sophistication of projects and to meet the increasing demand by the operators and vendors within this region, for a high level quality services, consultancy and products, 3E Engineering was rebranded to become Ngen SARL, in addition to providing Technical Training we now specialize in Business Development, Training Services, and Consultancy in two additional business lines other than Telecom: Bio-Medical and Petroleum. We have achieved this by successfully investing in human resources, utilizing the wealth of skills and expertise developed and gained by its qualified personnel over years of hands-on involvement in various operations.
Ngen offers a rich portfolio of services, consultancy and products at the highest level of customer satisfaction that is expected and required by today’s industry. Now, our workforce consists of more than 70 qualified employees trained in the various aspects of the business in several successfully executed projects.

We offer creative courses based on a unique approach; individually designed training sessions, ranging from a few hours to a few days. We are specialized in tailor-made educational skills customized to the consultants, managers, and other employees at different departments in the medical institutions.
